How to Register a HiiClub Agency: Step-by-Step Guide

Key facts

• Register in the HiiClub app by Gmail to get your HiiClub UID.
• Do not use fast login.
• Bind your UID on the invitation page.
• The username and password you set are your agency dashboard login.

Before you start

In the HiiClub policy, agency registration is shown as the sub-agency registering process: you register through an invitation page that an existing agency shares using its “Invitation link for sub-agent”. If you have been given a registration link, that is the page you will use.

Have these ready:

• A Gmail account to register in the HiiClub app
• The HiiClub app installed on your phone
• A WhatsApp number (the invitation page in the policy screenshot includes a WhatsApp number field with a verification code)

Step 1: Download HiiClub and register by Gmail

Download the HiiClub app and register by Gmail. This gives you your HiiClub UID, which you need in the next step.

Step 2: Fill in the invitation page and bind your UID

Open the invitation page, fill in the information it asks for, and bind your UID. The policy screenshot of this page shows these fields:

• HiiClub UID
• Username
• Password and Re-enter password
• Agency name
• WhatsApp number (shown with +91)
• Verification code (with a “Send” button)

The page also has a “Click here to login if you have an…” link for people who already have an account.

Step 3: Set your agency dashboard username and password

The username and password you fill in are used to log in to the agency dashboard. Keep them safe. You will use the dashboard to invite hosts and sub-agencies, check weekly salary and withdraw.

After you register

Once you can log in to the agency dashboard:

1. Invite hosts: go to the Home page, copy the Invitation link for Hostesses and share it. All hosts who download from your link register in your agency automatically. See how to invite hosts.
2. Invite sub-agencies: copy the Invitation link for sub-agent and remind them not to use fast login.
3. Track your hosts: use Weekly Salary to check your hosts’ weekly earnings.
4. Understand your commission: read how HiiClub agency commission is calculated.

Mistakes to avoid

• Using fast login instead of Gmail registration.
• Sharing the wrong link: the dashboard has separate links for hostesses and for sub-agents.
• Forgetting your dashboard login: the username and password from Step 3 are what you sign in with.
