HiiClub Agency Withdrawal Guide: Weekly Settlement Explained
When and how a HiiClub agency gets paid: the weekly settlement cycle and the withdrawal method described in the policy.
Key facts
- Withdrawal method: rupee bank transfer.
- An agency can withdraw every week.
- Settlement is based on Monday–Sunday, IST.
- Anchor income is transferred to the agency account at 0:00 on Monday.
Withdrawal method: rupee bank transfer
The policy’s agency withdrawal section is headed “Rupee of bank transfer”: agency withdrawals are paid in rupees by bank transfer. In the agency dashboard, the menu item is Agency Withdraw.
The weekly settlement cycle
- Settlement week: settlement is based on Monday to Sunday, IST (Indian Standard Time).
- Transfer to the agency: the income of anchors is transferred to the agency account at 0:00 on Monday.
- Withdrawal: the agency can withdraw the amount every week, and can withdraw the cash uniformly.
In short, each Monday-to-Sunday week is settled, anchor income reaches the agency account at the start of the following Monday, and the agency can then withdraw.
How commission fits in
The policy also says the agency’s commission fee is transferred to the agency weekly. For how the rate and amount are worked out, see HiiClub agency commission explained. To check your hosts’ weekly earnings, use Weekly Salary in the dashboard (see the dashboard walkthrough).
What the policy does not state
The policy document does not specify a minimum or maximum withdrawal amount, withdrawal fees, bank charges, taxes or how long a transfer takes to reach your bank. Check these in the Agency Withdraw section of your dashboard rather than relying on outside claims.
