HiiClub Agency Commission Explained: Classes, Rates & Example
How the HiiClub policy sets an agency's commission rate, the formula it uses, and its worked example for Agency A, copied exactly from the policy.
Key facts
- Seven commission classes, A to G, with rates from 2% to 15%.
- Your rate is determined by your hostesses’ and sub-agents’ total video earning.
- Commission = video earning × rate.
- Commission is transferred to the agency weekly.
The HiiClub agency commission table
| Class | Video earning (INR) | Commission rate |
|---|---|---|
| A | >10k | 2% |
| B | 50k | 4% |
| C | 100k | 5% |
| D | 500k | 7% |
| E | 900k | 8% |
| F | 1200k | 10% |
| G | 1800k | 15% |
The video earning values are written exactly as they appear in the policy table.
How your commission rate is set
The policy lists three points:
- The agent commission ratio is determined by your hostesses’ and sub-agents’ total video earning.
- The commission fee is transferred to the agency weekly.
- Commission = video earning × rate.
So both your own hosts and your sub-agencies’ video earning count towards the total that sets your class.
The commission formula
Commission = video earning × rate
The policy example, line by line
The HiiClub policy includes a worked example. Agency A has three sub-agencies and its own direct hostesses:
| Under Agency A | Amount | Rate shown |
|---|---|---|
| Agency B | 100000 IDR | 5% |
| Agency C | 500000 IDR | 7% |
| Agency D | 50000 IDR | 4% |
| A’s own direct hostesses | 500000 IDR | — |
The calculation, copied from the policy:
- agency A: total commission item = 100000 + 500000 + 50000 + 500000 = 1150000
- so the rate for A is 9%
- A’s commission from B: 9% − 5% = 4% × 100000 = 4000 INR
- A’s commission from C: 9% − 7% = 2% × 500000 = 10000 INR
- A’s commission from D: 9% − 4% = 5% × 50000 = 2500 INR
- A’s commission from own direct hostesses: 500000 × 9% = 45000 INR
- A’s total commission: 4000 + 10000 + 2500 + 45000 = 61000 INR
What the example shows:
- Agency A’s total adds together its sub-agencies’ and its own hostesses’ amounts.
- From each sub-agency, A’s commission uses the difference between A’s rate and that sub-agency’s rate, multiplied by that sub-agency’s amount.
- From its own direct hostesses, A receives its full rate.
Notes on the example
We have reproduced the example exactly as published. In the policy, the diagram labels amounts in IDR while the calculation lines show INR, and the 9% rate used for Agency A is not one of the rates in the class table. We have not changed either. Confirm how your own rate is applied in your agency dashboard.
Commission is paid weekly. To see when it reaches you, read the agency withdrawal guide, or go back to the agency commission section.
